Welcome to the very first edition of “My Recent Amazon.com Purchases”! I love seeing what new products folks have discovered (I’m nosy like that), so I thought I’d start sharing my latest Amazon.com purchases with the world. Here’s hoping you discover something new that’ll work for you too!
For the Toddler
This is a fun little puzzle for learning shapes, numbers, and the basics of a clock. It gets used often in our house.
This is probably the most played with toy in our house right now. Our little guy is very much into musical instruments and this guitar is definitely his favorite right now. It’s sturdy (it’s taken some hits and still looks good and plays well) and he has a blast playing along to his favorite songs and TV shows.
For the Woman of the House
I really like using this journal in conjunction with my daily Bible reading. Each day has sections for you to add what you’re reading, what you’re thankful for, and things you learn about God and from your reading. Plus, there are little doodles you can color on each day’s pages. It’s basic, but it works for me.
If you had told me several years ago that I’d be using cloth pads, I would have called you crazy. I still use disposable pads during my heaviest days, but I do use these throughout the rest of the month and I really like them. They’re so soft. They’re super easy to clean. Plus, the price wasn’t bad at all!
Homemade Beauty, Natural Remedies, and Supplements
This is my husband’s preferred fish oil. He takes this daily and it really makes a difference for him in regards to the frequency of headaches he gets.
I use shea butter in a lot of my homemade beauty recipes (like this Homemade Probiotic Deodorant recipe). This shea butter in particular has a great texture and I like that it comes in a block and a box for storage.
This is my go-to cranberry supplement. I don’t take it daily – just when I feel a little something coming on (ladies, you know what I mean!) and when I’m traveling. It always knocks out whatever might be brewing.
Kitchen Tools and Yummy Eats
We’re kind of addicted to straws around here, so I’m slowly building my stash of stainless steel straws and glass straws. These are a good price and work well.
I love these silicone baking cups! I wasn’t sure how they were going to work, but I’ve been so impressed with them. They’re easy to clean and whatever I bake in them just slides right out. I’m definitely going to be replacing more and more of my baking stuff with silicone options. I highly recommend these!
I try to keep James stocked with protein-packed snacks at work that he can grab in-between patients or if he forgets his lunch. He really likes these beef sticks and I think they’re a good value.
That’s all I have for now! What are some of your recent Amazon.com purchases? Let me know!
